The Create Your Best Life project is as community project started in 2004. I wanted to find out what would happen if people slowed down to really thing about what they wanted in life. So I created a tool that was based on some of the most powerful questions I ask myself when I'm considering my next project. I created this tool for my use and then I made it available to the public. Since then 500+ participants have completed forms and took the first step in making their dreams a reality.

The Red Dragonfly
The Red Dragonfly is a creative project which began Spring 2004. The goal is to develop a forum for creative expression focused on inspiring personal well being through a unique curriculum of creative self discovery classes, programs & group experiences.

The long term vision is to build a curriculm of classes and travel the world teaching creative expression as a means to unlock the soul, release deep gifts and participate fully in life.
